It was another busy weekend at the ECU Campus, with our Seniors, juniors and Masters teams all in action.

The NPL senior side came from 0-1 down at half time on Saturday afternoon to beat Joondalup City 3-1 with goals from new signing Riley Warland, with others to Ben Hinshelwood and Ethan Brooks.

The Development sides bagged 25 goals in their games away at Sorrento in our second round of friendly games on Sunday morning. Well done everyone!!  A special mention to Sean Doyle who stepped up for the U12’s today and bagged 2 goals. We’re all looking forward to the start of the season next weekend.

The ECU SC NPL junior sides made the trip to Murdoch University Melville on Sunday and all teams put in another great performance in tightly contested games.

Under 15 – ECU 1 (O’Connor) Murdoch University Melville 2

Under 16 – ECU 7 (Gallagher 2, Ellerton, De Abreu, Scuffham, O’Connor, Bennie) Murdoch University Melville 2

Finally, on Sunday afternoon the ECU Masters beat Perth City 2-1. It was the teams first run out of the season and goals from Peter Vukmirovic and Andrei Sarpe sealed the win and gives the side a huge boost ahead of Sunday’s first league game away at Balga.
