A message from the ECU Joondalup Soccer Club Committee

Dear all

On behalf of the committee, we would like to thank all players, staff and parents for abiding by our rules of staying away from our clubhouse and grounds. We hope that all of our community are well and managing during these difficult times.

While some restrictions have been lifted concerning group gatherings, unfortunately, the restrictions regarding community contact sport such as soccer have not.

We are still not allowed to return to full training or games at this time; therefore please continue to stay away from our clubhouse and grounds.

Due to the low number of new cases of COVID-19 at the moment, we are confident that we will see further restrictions lifted and eventually our ECU community and wider soccer community can return to some sense of normal.

We must be patient and continue to adhere to the guidelines as set by Football West, our Health Authorities and our State Government.

Even though we cannot play at the moment, we ask all players to continue to reach out to your team.  Whether it be group chats, one to one conversations or team video calls.  It is important that we stay connected to each other.

We will continue to provide further updates and information as they become available.  Until then, stay safe, stay in touch and speak soon.
