ECU Joondalup have been rewarded for Sunday’s big win against Cockburn City in the first round of the QBE PS4NPLWA Night Series with a clash against current Night Series holders Bayswater City at Inglewood stadium on Sunday 29th January, with a 5.30pm kick off.

Jacks Coach Dale McCulloch said it’s a great draw. “It’s a fantastic draw for us, as we all know you need to beat the best to win competitions, and to take on the current holders is something we as a group are looking forward too,” he said.

“We split the games last season in the league with them, and our 3-0 win at Frank Drago Reserve, was one of best performances of the season.

“They have recruited well, but so have we. It’s a huge challenge but you still have to remember it’s still only a pre-season tournament, but we go into the game with confidence and believe we can beat anyone if we play our best, and the boys are looking forward to the challenge.”
