The ECU Junior were all in action last week in PS4NPLWA and Football West games below is a wrap of the games: Well done to everyone!!!!!

(Unfortunately we have been told by Football West – we can’t give scores for Mini-Roo games on our web site of match day programme)

NPL Junior Results last week – Round 15

Under 12’s v Cockburn City – Won 6-1

Under 13’s v Cockburn City – Won 4-1

The 13’s came away from their game against Cockburn City with a 4-1 win and a good performance on Sunday.  The boys started brightly and created several good opportunities before a terrific finish from Toby Snook saw us take the lead.   Kane McEwan scored his 16th of the season with a nice finish but a lack of concentration saw Cockburn score just before half time.  Immediately after the break Phoenix Lee scored with a nice finish before Kane McEwan got his second with 15 to go.  Overall a good performance and much better than the previous week.  We created plenty of opportunities and played through the midfield more, which is something we worked on during the week.  We limited Cockburn to few chances which Joe dealt with well.  Great games from Jay Patel who was outstanding at the back and didn’t put foot wrong and Nyle Weale who controlled the game in the number 6 role.  A week off now for the boys to rest and recuperate before a big final two months of the season. – Coach Nik Silsby

Under 15’s v Cockburn City  – Won 4-0
